.co.jp Japan domains?

Anyone know where I can find a registerer for .co.jp domains? Looking for one that is reliable and for a good price, not some crazy through the ceiling price lol

If the same laws apply in japan as here you won't be able to get a .co.jp domain unless you have a company registered and a office adress in japan. I am not quite sure where to apply to get the domain.

There's a few places when googled "register japan domain" but as I need an office there that halts any idea for a .jp domain then, darn.
