Here's a whole mish-mash of misconceptions and misinformation that's presumably aimed at providing the big corps with a means to grab domain names from legit users. Phishing and other frauds can be detected and prevented by a load of others means - targeting domain owners is not relevant when fraudsters can use url spoofing and other methods to fool the gullible surfers.
