Is it Worth ?
Is it worth registering , unregistered domains which end with something like .de or .pl but have a good name for example xxx.de or xxx.pl instead of having xxx.com
main point is it worth registering adult name ending with that kind of domain types. and is it worth registering domain such as porn4you sex4you ixxx i-xxx reply would be appreciated.  __________________

Well .de is one of the largest country TLDs, but I suspect that sites are written mainly in german for the german market. If you can get a top quality name like porn.de, then of course it's worth it. I wouldn't bother with low quality names though, unless you want to create a german language site of course.
