Ok i open a company and what if
the domain name i want is already registered
and using my company name ?

its a bit of a back twist
but as i see registered companies complain about having domains registered after what about before ?

any info on domains already registered and new companies ?

You're stuffed, and you'll have to buy it. You should choose the domain name before you choose the company name.

On a similar note - I believe there was a guy in England who changed his name to something like D365XFG because he wanted his name on a personalised car number plate.

Well you'll need to check with someone that knows a bit more than me, but if the other company is working in the same field, then they can sue you for a variety of things.

In these days the best is to first find a good domain name, then open a company with that name... I've done that also because other names that I had on my mind were already registered...
