I have to sell my sites. I got another job and wont have any time for them anymore.

So Selling my PR4 site, Xplicit Sex

It has a custom design and customized phplinkdropper script on it.

getting about 3 k right now, But I havent touched in more than a month, When submitting daily, I used to get around 10k

Hmm, $200 is not much for that site... I would give you more for that site but at the moment I'm very low on cash, waiting for some sponsor payments...

It not making profit because I have no clue how to promote an adult site. I have tried submitting, trades, galleries submissions, But nothing seems to convert for me,

Also I was advised not to sell it for less than $1000
