How much would you sell for,
~or~
How much would you pay for,

A domain that earns $1.84 (avg) from PPC (parked) per day?

The basics:
1) Traffic source: SE
2) Structure: adult - keywordkeywordkeyword.com
3) Stats: A 6 month data window from 1 parking company
4) Search Terms: unknown (data not accessible)
5) Arbitrage: none allowed

Very interested in your opinions.

How much would you sell for? -and- How much would you pay for?
Your opinion might be two different figures. Depends a lot on parking vs developing.

How do you know that all the traffic is SE derived if you don't know the search terms?

Are there any type-ins, or old inbound links?

It's an assumption since search term data is not available.

I doubt, but don't really know, if the parking company pumps traffic to it. No old backlinks.

That's a good starting point for pricing IMO. It depends a lot on whether I know the seller or not and if the stats can be verified.

I appreciate your views.

I'm just curious to know ballpark pricing opinions based on the domain information given in Post #1.

Premium names have been selling for up to 12 years income. That's much closer to the returns on property investments.
