Well the trite answer is whatever somebody will pay for them.

Selling domain names is like selling dreams, and the value depends on the finances of the dreamer, and his willingness to pay. Some of the factors that can influence value are - natural traffic, novelty value of the name, size and income potential of the potential market (s), availability of good names, past abuses (if any) of the name, and probably some others that I can't remember before I've had a coffee.
