I don't know how to make one but it can't be too difficult.
Does it cost alot to set up a real TGP?

Nope but it takes all day to review/list gallerys...
A fake tgp is way less time consuming

If you feel like burning alot of bandwidth, have poor ratios, and always chase cheaters......TGP is the answer!

I would make a a linklist with galleries, starting with FHGs, build traffic, and then accept submissions........with recips!
