Probably not, but you do pick up a bit of extra traffic. They do spend if they like the girls as well, regardless of her santa outfit.

When you do something different and out of the ordinary people take notice. If you run a site intended for consumers they will appreciate the time you put into making them feel good. I spend time to admire the work by artists who create seasonal logos for Google just the same.
