Great, brandable domain name. It would work VERY well as a webmaster related site/affiliate program (baller = slang word for "pimp". AKA: Porn Pimp).
I registered it and then threw up a really simple but easy to manage toplist. Built it and forgot it as I moved on to other projects. If you want to keep this as a toplist all you need to do is promote it and put your own ads where mine are. Very easy cpanel style admin page where you can edit the site and your advertisements. Still gets like 15-20 hits a day without me even touching the site in weeks.
Domain is at Godaddy. Any transfer fees will be additional. You will also get a zip file containing all of the website's data. I will gladly host it for a week or two after you purchase it so that you have enough time to get it hosted yourself and the transition is seamless
