Maybe i put one domain on sale, what you think to use like ~BIN price?

It's getting steady ~900 uniques per day.

16k from google this month.

Mostly USA traffic

It's makes ppc+sales revenue, let's say ~100$ a month combined, will burn max. 2gb of traffic this month.

I wouldn't sell this in normal situation but i need money.

You really need to make screenshots of your claims to traffic statistics & income revenue.The age of domain, expiry date, inbound link count, where those inbound links are coming from, indexed pages, and many other factors.

Depending on those points above and many more that need to be include like tld, length of domain, niche, are all deciding factors when selling or buying a develop adult website...
I hope that answers some of your questions..also, think of yourself on the other end of the sale.. how much would you be willing to pay?

As for the BIN
If selling: I look at the domain's keyword/keyword phrase value. It's earnings to-date, it's probable next 12-24 months earnings. And, why is the buyer interested in a particular domain or site?

If buying: In addition to what's been said I look at the age, documented traffic source, actual activity (visitor path) and any earnings history. It's rare to find the entire package of data.

One thing that we are all guilty of to one degree or another is not maintaining verifiable stats. Or, maybe we do a helter-skelter job of it. I think the habit of starting data records from the very first day you own a domain and/or launch a website is hugely important. For examply, accurate verifiable stats (traffic/click-thru/earnings) can easily turn a $30 deal into a $500 deal.

An easy answer would be 6 months worth of revenue, i.e. 600$ or so, but it sounds like a nice domain so you might be able to sell it for more if you market it right

Personally I would not sell a well established domain for any less than a full years worth of revenue from that site but that's just me though.

in adult 6-10 month revenue
just ballpark, could vary of course
