No,Pam ,that is not too much famouse person.That person is famouse in last year and whant to take that domain and put infos abouth that person like unoficial site!

Just be careful because like pam says if you are using someones name to make money then you could be subject to legal action.

Yes you can - why not? Why would it be proscribed. Nothing criminal about it.
And no they can't take it away. You registered it.

But what you do with the website itself is another issue.

It could be construed as a trademark violation and with the new Anti-Phishing law it's even easier for them to take your domain.

I stand corrected. Yes you do have to watch for trademark violation. But imo - I think the porn industry places less emphasis on... Rather I should say the industry as a whole seem more liberal to webmaster who uses performers' name in domain name.

That was me. I explained to the lawyer until I was blue in the face that I was promoting his client's site but to no avail. He either didn't recognize his client's own content or pretended he didn't.

So if you want to have a maddening conversation with a lawyer over a domain you registered, go for it. But don't fool yourself that they can't take the domain.
