Aged domains.....
Why a domain that has been registered for many years would have more value than a domain that is fairly new?
I'm talking about a domain with no site, no PR etc __________________

A domain that's never been active doesn't gain any value over time. Other than from the sheer uniqueness and availability POV.
Aged domains that have always resolved to a website are a different story. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. ie: I've seen tons of quality mainstream domains become worthless because they, at one time or another, resolved to adult sites. __________________

an aged domain can be very valuable from a seo point of view if it was never dropped - no matter if there was a site on it or not. if anyone has a good name that is aged let me know
