I finally bought .nets!

I always wanted to stick to .coms, but I need to build traffic, and I know that when I have the keywords as a domain, I normally get myself on that first page of SE if not on the first spot........so, I will stop buying for future value and will also buy to get nice ranking!

When it's between .com or .net then I dont think you'll find much difference in how they are treated by the SE's. It's so much more how you develop them than the extension.

I generally like .com domains but if it's taken already and undeveloped I'll get the .net. Same with .org if the .com and .net are taken and I don't see any serious competition.

If you don't care too much about the type-in traffic and the branding, any .tld is good.
If your super-duper-keyword is taken on any .tld, don't hesitate to buy another .tld.

FYI : .info domains rank just as good in SERP's as any other .tld
