Can any one give an indication on whether or not to use:

name .com

or

namecheap .com

Personally I use 1and1 as recommended by sleazybear...I have gotten several domains there at 6.99 ea (no code needed) and that includes private registration!

But most of them are at Godaddy and dynadot.
