making millions with parked domains

Hi guys,
just read a lot of guys, ok not a lot but a few are making money from their domains. It looks like they have a big portfolio, but I saw some of them parked and they are generating good revenue from all of their domains. Some of them might be not parked, I dont know but do you really think you can generate great revenue from parked domains. I making like 5 euros on SeDo every month which is not bad lol, but I cant even pay the domains worth with that. What do you think, how are they using them to generate more revenue?

maby they get a PR for domain name and then sell it. Domain with PR costs more money. Also old domain names cost a lot of money. Just register 500 domains now and sell them all after 10 years and you will be rich for some years

With how much domains?

60euros a year is money to buy 10 domains min.

I have 20 parked domains now, but most of them bought for $60 after they expired and some on auctions for up to $200...

Maybe they will earn more, but without % up in typein traffic nothing good will be.

Can somebody make some short tutorial on how to use parked domains in terms of making money? I don't get the point. What's the story about parked domains?

I am "new" in netpond!
For me, I have made some $K per month with domain parking. It is interesting business but it require us a lot of works for domain understanding. For short, I can say that:
1- You need to have a high traffic domains (you can get it from expired domain market)
2- You need to have a good keyword domains (let say. you own computers.com = perfect to have typing traffic)
3- Your domains meaning must be related to some hot keywords that people rush to pay for Google PPC.
....If you do not have good traffic for your domains, It is no meaning for domain parking.

Hey also a good tip, I reccomend also throwing your sedo rep a email and asking what the rev share is... a lot of times you can barder with them a little bit...I think they start you out at 60 percent...give or take, I got mine up to 85 percent, after dropping a few competition sites at them...try it out, bet you will have luck

Great advice in this thread! Also try a number of different programs out, if you feel sedo is not converting enough for you try another parking program like namedrive.
