Actually - it could be made into a fans website for a particular person in the sex trade - that might work out good.

I have been looking into domains and I think that if marketed correctly they can achieve the £££ - ££££ especially the ones that I have which a for a service rather that mere affiliate site.

As domains gets mopped up any half decent doamain will be able to command ££,£££ in the near future - laws of scarcity!

The domain is worth less than the registration fee unless you develop it and it has traffic... only then will it increase in the value of what you paid for.

And, do not hold your breath on dn valuations for the future on that domain either...

What make you say that?

I am not holding my breathe but alot of people are saying reg fee reg fee almost about any domain but when infact you get involved in auctions you will see that quite a lot of half decent domains go for good money.

You might be right in saying that it is not worth reg fee because "you" are not able to do much with it - but ofcourse to the people who can will obviously value a domain name.

Lets talk about yourockmyworld.net for a second - just image you build it into a fans network about their favourite porn star, live sex perfomrer etc

YOUROCKMYWORLD because you give me a great sex show and you have a fit body - 'says a fan of hornycorny'

YouRockMyWorld...etc etc

The value in a domain come from the fact that you can do something with it and make it such that the name is on everyones tongues.

I say that as an owner with over 3k domains in my portfolio and multiple years of experience in this industry. I also valuate dn`s & developed properties on a regular basis here ADA
