Plz appraise these non-porn domains

OK domain experts... I've been kicking these three names around for awhile and have never really done anything big with them. I have a rought idea of what they're worth to the right buyer (looking at Sedo always makes me question things though), but would like your input if you don't mind. Thanks!

I guess the problem (as always) is finding the right buyer. I had a look in overture, and "route max" gets a 0 - do they get any traffic?

Yeah, these have never really been developed and don't even resolve, they were for projects I never got around to. Do you think it's worth it to put the time into making them into unique looking sites before putting them up on Sedo? That would mean I'd have to renew them all really soon, so I might just put up the generic Sedo parking page and try to unload them quickly.

I'm not really the best person to advise you because I'm a domain collector. I've got someon that wrote to me to see if I'd sell spunkdrunk.com, and I haven't replied yet.

The route ones don't really appeal to me, but I would have thought that you could do something with zoom scripts. If you're busy, just chuck them on Sedo or a similar site, and see what income and traffic they generate.
