Will arbitration become the preferred alternative to litigation.
Google has just won a case at the National Arbitration Forum

There seems to be a trend towards arbotration as opposed to litigation.
I have been noticing more and more contracts that require arbitration and bar you from litigation. Now I dont know if say your cell phone contract (for example) can actually bar you from litigation, but it seems like more and more companies are trying to sneak that into the fine print. For better or worse I dont know __________________
