What happens when a publisher uses your domain name as the title of a book?
This story is a year old, but I found it interesting. It's about katie.com which was used by a girl as her home site. A publisher grabbed the name and used it as the title of a story about internet sex abuse.

she can defenetly sue them for using the .com name and keep the publicity in fact sueing them will make even more people buy the book and check out the site
