This is really getting beyond a joke. Especially as you know that the abusing registrars will have checked them for traffic.

i don't realy see all the hou har about short domains unless its something like porn.com or icu.com or some sort of text abreviation like lol.com and lmao.com
the rest are just random letters without a meaning and would be prety hard for a surfer to remeber __________________

It's the brandable ones that are useful. If it's a name that can be remembered easily, then they can be worth money - sedo and ebay for example. I've been offered $5,000 for one of mine that is the short form of an English city.
