...to check is there any traffic on deleted domains?

How those ppc guys snap only those domains with traffic? Or do they snap just those with backlinks in google,yahoo,msn etc?

You need to host the domain and look at the stats. You gan look at a few indicators and guess, but in the end the stats are the only way. That's why some registrars are registering names, checking them, and then deleting them within a few days.

Can I register domain, keep it for few days and than delete it?

I get charged $3 for the deletion if you delete within 5 days. It's probably better to put some links on the page and host it with kinghost. You can then submit it to a load of link dumps and other low end sites. You only need one sale per year to be ahead.

Is there any site to check backlinks on delted domains? And I mean several at once. Not free one

Kinghost is the only free host that I know of that doesn't steal traffic. They do add neaders and footers to all pages though, so if you have some spare capacity on a multi-domain host, that would be better.

There are someservices that check back links. Bru's for example.
