UDRP and 3rd level domains
I thought you guys might not be aware of the situation with 3rd level domains. UDRP is the panel that decides if you should lose your domain because of trademark or other infringements. They only look at 2nd level names, so they will not take notice of a domain such as micro.soft.com
Note - that you may have some other legal issues, but not with the UDRP over your domain. __________________

Thats interesting info
I once Registered ebay-learner.info (Or something similar to that) and ebay wrote and asked me not to use it so some of these companies actually monitor things themselves I came to an agreement with eBay not to use the name (that I got free when those free.info giveaways were going on ) Its still registered to me but I wont be trying to use it and Agreed with ebay to let it expire But it shows that Big Companies can and do monitor for this. __________________
