would you buy a domain with 200 links in Alltheweb ?

i have seen this deleted adult domain with over 200 links from Alltheweb but no link from other SE's . would you buy it ?

If the domain is worth reg fee. Search engines and others monitor the drop lists and remove links for domains they find. They seem to be a bit erratic about this, so sometimes you can get some good deals.

You can't really tell what the traffic will be like until you've hosted the name, and can see what's coming in. It's worth creating pages if you are getting hits to old links to try to preserve them.

My copywriting site www.keithmains.com dropped out of the Search engines, google included, when it went offline during a hosting change recently.

I now have it back up at the number 1 spot for a search on my name so as HB said SE's candrop a url from their search if nothing is there.

I know thats not always so but it has happened to me in the past few weeks.

Part of the problem of domains dropping fast comes from the Google spybar. It has been suggested that it reports non-resolving domains, and google deletes them. So if you check your sites regularly (when the Google spybar may actually help), make sure you don't do it when your sites are down.
