Chaps, I currently have this top domain for sale if anyone is interested. Details below:

Around 7.5k unique type-in visitors per month
45% click rate @ sedo for adult keywords
Currently making low-mid xxx Euros per month @ Sedo parking (would probably make more elsewhere!)
UK overture + Ext. varies between 300 and 700 per month.
