Google offers "advertise on this site" feature

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Web search leader Google Inc. (GOOG.O: Quote, Profile, Research) is offering a new private-label feature that allows advertisers to sign up directly on Web sites where they wish to advertise, the company said on Friday.

I think they're feeling the heat from companies such as adbrite.

You can block particular advertisers from appearing on your pages (as a publisher) can you do that to someone who is only advertising on your pages ?

I think that too Blinky ... problem is that every company that gets big do same things as others over and over (trying to get rid of small players)

Google's already getting into too many markets, I personally feel they should stick with search. Their results pages are nowhere near as useful as they used to be.

Nah! let them mess up their search - we'll start teaching surfers to use address bar typeins instead.

I put together a 5 minute site a couple of years ago to test the water with a couple of domains. I guess it's time to update and use my Speedy Lists site.

I think I saw that in my AdWords awhile back actually. I could add sites that I wanted to advertise on, to the list of URLs.

Yes, it's new fetaure, you can show your ads on sites you want.
Adbrite system on big doors... New click value drop for small sites...

Then all the domainers will benefit... that doesn't help me
