The fastest offer I had was from a hosting company about 4 hours after I reg'd a name off a drop list. It seems it belonged to the girl friend of one of his clients, and as it wasn't very special, I was going to let him have it very cheaply. Then the previous owner mailed me and threatened all sorts of stuff and called me a thief, so I told him to shove his offer up his arse, and put a porn site on it.

well if someone else was trying to get it and you beat them to it, it could get a fast offer from the guy that missed it. Most of my names take forever to sell because I don't really push them. I'm putting together some sales sites which may speed things up, but I guess I prefer to keep them rather than sell them.

i sold a freshly registered (not even dropped) domain one week later using sedo and 1sg page listing....
