Warning about Registerfly

Registerfly is changing from being an eNom reseller to being a full ICANN registrar. They are in a transitional stage at the moment, and many domain owners are having major problems with renewals. Renewals are failing, and charges are not being refunded to credit cards, but are being left in the registerfly account. The reason for the failures seems to be as a result of an attempted transfer of the domain from the master enom account into the new registrar account. During this process the registrant email address is changed to one for registerfly, thus removing control of the domain from the domain owner. Enom is aware of the problem, and is cooperating with owners to push domains into other accounts. You should check your domains, and take action asap before registerfly closes the door on your domains.

One of my domains just expired a while ago when I first heard about this and I wasn't able to renew it. I contacted registerfly's support and they responded within 2 hours and manually renewed it.
So if you can't renew your domains you can contact support to have them manually renew the domain for you.

There seem to be reports of problems with their support as well. I think the answer is to renew at least 3 months in advance, or push to another enom reseller.
