$750 million offer turned down for 2 year old site
Facebook, the Web site where students around the world socialize and swap information, has put itself on the block, BusinessWeek Online has learned. The owners of the privately held company have turned down a $750 million offer and hope to fetch as much as $2 billion in a sale, senior industry executives familiar with the matter say.

If someone ever offered me even a fraction of that, I'd take it in a second...
I'm not sure why these big companies buy these sites. Why don't they just build one themselves for a fraction of the cost...? __________________

Dear God, I'm thinking how to make fuckin' $500/month without having to get fucked in my ass and those people refuse $750 million for "one stupid website"... I mean come on... what better can you get than $750 millions? What can you do with $2 billions that you can't with $750 millions. I get so pissed about some things...
