Listing and selling domains costs absolutely nothing at Plesmo!
I just submitted my portfolio of over 500+ domains/websites to put up for sale. The user backend is great and I like the fact that they only charge 8% for escrow compared to 10% charged by everyone else ( Sedo, AFterNic, etc).
You can even use your own escrow service if you so choose as well.

Sedo charges 3% for escrow only. The 10% fee is the sales commission, and it includes a free escrow transfer. Sedo does seem to have managed to get some high price sales, but when selling domains, it's best to list them on as many sites as possible if selling domains is your primary objective. If you can afford to wait, then some of the best prices seem to come from private deals, so make sure you have up-to-date info in your domain registration details.

Good points HB, that adds up to 13% if you sell at Sedo and use their escrow service.

And having your whois data up to date is very important

Nope - you pay 10% including the escrow, and it's worth it if you get a higher price. Sedo seems to be good for .co.uk and other ccTLDs as well. If Netponders want to see who is active in the domain selling world, here is the weekly report.
