TubeAward.com & TubeAwards.com --- already received multiple offers on both domains but they were lowball offers..

Better watch out before Utube hits ya with a C&D for using the
word Tube in the domain which is part of Utube that they TMed..

But the word Tube is in it, I just went through the same thing with
the thread I posted about getting domains with ZAP in them because
Zap2it.com was being media blitzed in the media ads.
Zap has been a word in Toons for years and it's also used to describe
foods heated in the microwave.
What's the difference between using the word Tube in a domain when
utube is TM'ed and using Zap when Zap2it is TM'ed??
And how could they TM Zap2it when a TM already existed for Zap2 which
is owned by a paint co?
That's my point about TM threads!!

Maybe because tube is general word and Zap means nothing, its just a trademark

Zap Comix, a series of underground comics

Actually there are 17,900,000 for Zap in Google search mostl with
different meanings and used by different people .
They've been using Zap in comic books for 50 years along with Pow,
Bam ect.
ZAP is also a Non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Zinfandel.
It's also a word for cooking using a microwave
It's a Restorer and Cleaner for tile
It's an Apache module which allows you to build simple Web interfaces
Are all these people using a TM word???

My point exactly, UTUBE is TM'ed NOT TUBE.
And just because Zap2it is TM'ed doesn't mean nowbody can
use Zap2homes for example..

I think if you checked Windows isn't TM'ed but MSwindows for example is..
There's andersenwindows.com, My-Windows.com, efficientwindows.org,
doorswindows.info, bestchoicewindows.com, Bestwindows.net,
allpurposewindows.com for a few domains with windows in them!
That goes back to me saying other Domains with ZAP in them were OK to reg..

YES. So why we argue if we say the same now. So he wont have problems with tubeawards.com because tube is not trademarked, which is different to what you said in first post
