What do you look when buying a domain
I usually buy domains with keywords that are searched the most.. like hardcore sex and then I buy domains that aren't searched that much but there is some amount of searches done and I feel that I can conquer that top spot.
The reasoning behind the first choice is that I have more chance of hitting some longer keywords that contain these terms I chose... like extremely nasty hardcore sex. As I have noticed that keywords in domains really help to rank better with keyphrases that use those keywords. Also I like to buy very short ones, but who doesn't  __________________

Don't bother to buy names for SE placement. You'll get much better results by using all the usual SEO tricks. Buy domains for type-ins, or to get surfers interested in the site's content. Another good thing to look for is a good number of inbound links, but everybody is after those, so you might have trouble finding them.

I agree with Head Boy, domains aren't that important for a good SE placement, but nevertheless when I buy a domain I usually go for the keywords which aren't searched that much

Yeah well I know all that, but I'm kind a weak at searching for keywords that get typeins so I don't care that much. Although I try to choose domains that are easy to remember.
