Sellers will have the option to start a Marketplace Auction through the domain's negotiation page within their account. Auctions can be started up to five days after a buyer has submitted an offer and close seven days after that offer was submitted. If your domain does not receive additional bids during the auction period the buyer's initial offer is still binding and wins the auction.

It doesn't look like a particularly good format. Maybe they'll make it a more general type of auction in the future.
