Sorry to insist, but it seems to me that having the license for the bondage fairies comic is pretty much essential for the value of the domain. Sure you could park it, but people are going to be looking for that content so if you can give it to them it's much better.

I did a bit of research and found the wikipedia entry for the bondage fairies

It's slightly incorrect though, it says "The series is available in pirated editions online at a number of hentai websites and also in an official version from Studio Proteus in many bookstores." it seems to me you should amend that entry and put a link to your site as a legitimate source for the comic online. A link from wikipedia will make the domain more valuable for sales too!
