Please keep in mind that the appraisal I quoted was merely a reference point. I'm not looking to make a killing, just a fair deal for both. I won't be insulted if you lowball. I can always say no. I had originally intended to develop these websites, but my health is not so hot and I just don't have the energy. Thanks for listening.

Appraisals are a business in themselves and do contribute to the bloating of domain prices. In reality the domain xxx-site.com with no content or traffic would be lucky to fetch a hundred, let alone $4k.
Voyeurnow.com is the only domain in the whole lot I think would fetch more than a few bucks. |
