There is no TIER1 provider in the USA called CHOOPA, so please stop your false advertising!

If your bandwidth is provided to you by an actual TIER1 provider, then you are selling TIER2 bandwidth.

There are only a handful of companies in North America that are allowed to boast they have TIER1 bandwidth, and CHOOPA is not one of them!

For the record, I never claimed CHOOPA IS a Tier 1 provider. We offer Bandwidth from Tier 1 providers like Level 3, DTag, etc. Hope that clears it up.
