There's another one I found today, IIRC it's called Revver. You make a vid and they match an advertiser to it (stick the ad on the end). Everytime it gets watched, you get some money; so there's an incentive to make one that would be really viral.

Wireless or Paypal! And they pay affcourse, Metacafe is 4 mos tpopular term on Google last year, i think they are prosite...
