Ouch, You need much money, good programmers, very good hosting.

So they make you a unique programs, because others are dull. You need much cash to attract people.,

I think it cost really much money, because it is profitable and if it would be cheap everybody would start their own.

If you check ebay for poker sites they will, for the most part, be affilate sites. You can see who they are using and set up your own account
