Well, it certainly is uninvited and it certainly is spam. It's less intrusive than pops/pups though and makes no attempt to alter your browser. He/she isn't being sneaky about it, it's openly and blatantly spam and makes no pretense to be anything else.

meh ....... no harm no foul

Since it's in the mainstream forum I'm sure some 'Ponders will click-thru, if it stays alive.
