adsense on wordpress(.com)
Hello all
I have a blog on wordpress(.com) that i just started a few days ago. I was wondering if adsense or ypn or adbrite or something similar will work on this system. I thought i saw something (as a result of google search) that said you couldnt do it but cant find it again. and if they are all allowable which one would be better (i have only used adsense) how are the other programs. any help? oh yea it is mainstream. __________________

Why would it not work on your system, for adsense there are i think a dozen plugins to ad AS to your blog, i have no clue on Y though cus we cant use Y in the EU it is only for US webmasters
But there is no technical reason against putting AS on your blog. __________________

wordpress.com is a freehosted blog system so I don't think you can edit the templates to include adsense. You can do that in blogger though. Or install your own wordpress in your own domain

Wordpress.com doesn't allow it.
Wordpress.org however... means downloading the application and installing it on your own webhosting. And you can add Adsense to that. __________________

wordpress.com used to allow it. then they stopped (security reasons they give as the reason). they do say however, that in the near future you will be able to advertise with as i think. so, maybe they're working on a new secure way of adding adsense?
