Link Share and Share-A-Sale are the 2 mainstream programs I use. Each has hundreds of sponsor programs listed within.

Shareasale definitely, they have great collection merchants, data-feeds, banners, a big forum, they sent the money to your bank witch is great in my position cus checks cost $30- to collect, great support, you name they have it.
