paypal issue ?

hi,
i just opened a paypal account, and i want to use it, i don't live in USA, and also i don't have a bank account.
I register there for free, but some people says to me that i can use it even if i don't have a bank account.
so , my question is:
Can i still use the paypal services even if i don't have a bank account , in another words, if someone send me money to my email paypal account , can i use this money to buy some stuff in the internet without verifying it with credit card or bank account ? or can't ?
i mail paypal company but they stop answering emails because of huge emails they recieve , and tell me to call them by phone.
maybe someone here in netpond can help me or know anything about paypal.

yeah you can use it to buy some stuff online, but you wont be verified.. meaning you wont be able to draw money out or transfer money to another paypal member... read the tos for more details or contact support

If you don't have a bank account how do you cash cheques from sponsors? Get a bank account...

i am using etology ads in some websites, and they pay via paypal and checks also. i was thinking if they pay me through paypal, then i will get money in my paypal account. i don't want to draw money cash, or to transfer them to any other account. so i can buy stuff using paypal.
all i want is to buy some rapidshare accounts plus some good scripts from websites which have only paypal as a payment method.
so will this works or not ?

if you want to pay through a bank account if you have money coming there is no need to verify

Don't you think that it's a bit suspicious that they haven't got time to answer emails, but they can chat on the phone?

The real reason is that there is no record of a phone call, so you can't prove what you said if you try to take them to court. They also get a share of the phone charge, so they make you phone several times, and pass you from person to person.

They were also ordered to pay $600 million in compensation for the misuse of clients funds.

Do you really want to deal with a company like that?
