new question
I own a big live scores site, and I was offered to publish a banner of a sports gambling company.
Is it legal? (With all the last changes in online gambling) I know that sports gambling industry is legit, and it's different then the 'luck' gambling industry... Please help me here, thanks |

Yes this is completely legal. Only money transfers for customers to gambling sites have been banned in the US.

The new laws state that as long as it is not enticing under 18's then it is fine and as long as it is not suggesting you will make a fortune... Have a policy link on your site or a disclaimer forwarding to another page stating that visitors should always read and view your advertisers terms and conditions and then list your advertisers on this page...
