And it would be great if epass payout is supported...

Music labels are companies who produced Cd`LP`s(.Sony records)My friend its owner of that kind of company. He release cds from their artist.

Link Share is a really good one, it has many great programs you can join to promote music related stuff such as Apple iTunes, MTV Networks and several others.

I like cj over linkshare. Comission junction has some good sites and i get paid everytime. They are per sale or sign up.
