mainstream cms question

Well I am going to get more into mainstream, I was wondering how those sites are made that constantly update by rss feeds. What drives them is that a plugin for a cms out there? If anyone can recomend a cms and point out some tuts that would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked out Plone? I believe it is a free CMS program.

Would definately recommend Wordpress or Drupal..

Why not use wordpress? Its rss is soo easy to setup as it does it for you
