Mainstream Sponsors??

I am looking to throw up a few mainstream affiliate sites...

Who are some good converting sponsors that pay out well..... Start Spamming, but please let me know the basics, like how much they pay and stuff like that and feel free to use your codes and i will sign up through them so you get credit.....

For UK, German, French, Irish, Dutch, Dainish and Swedish targetted traffic or worldwide generic traffic then loading ... is great.

You choose your own sponsors and a large percentage are auto approval so you can get links and start earning straight away. Sponsors like YesAsia convert well on most sites and can be used for worldwide traffic, they pay 10% of sales and my average commission with them is $8.06

Also i have a very very very good way of getting free unique content for mainstream blogs (not so much for adult) if you can share with me a good list of sponsors i can share a few tricks.

Amazon has almost everything under the sun, the conversions are nice enough too pity the actual commission is so low

They only pay 5% and so many of there products are low priced, it can be hard to earn a decent amount.

I would be interested in some travel affiliate programs myself.... It is that time of year when people are looking to plan vacations..

For now, I am going to start building sites to sell products from Amazon, like I mentioned above, I am just going to build one site per category they have.... well not for every category, but the more popular ones, like electronics, DVD's and Books..

I was also looking at Wal-Mart, they have an affiliate program too.... thought about doing the same type of thing, but does anyone know anything about their program?

Webgains Has a few travel companies, including hostelbookers which converts well and although part of the UK site it is an international program so all your traffic can convert on it.

The term "sponsors" belongs in adult. In mainstream, you're looking for affiliate programs or CPA programs.

A lot depends on the nature of the product. With actual products, sent over the mail, the profit margins tend to be low, and you can expect 3-10% in commission (usually no more than 6%). For many products, that is not a lot of money per sale.
With virtual products like e-books, you get around 50% per sale, which gets closer to what you know in adult. Try clickbank.com for some good opportunities in a variety of topics.

Traffic is usually harder to come by in mainstream, but depending on how you work you can get good conversions. The good news is that most mainstream affiliate programs tell you for how long your cookie remains active and it's usually measured in weeks, if not months. I really think that explains the much better ratios in mainstream.

Montapar,

The financial niche is a popular one ...and lucrative if you are good at it. There are many different sub-niches within financial like Credit Cards, Payday Loans, Auto Loans, mortgages etc. Honestly, there is loads of competition in the financial vertical. Like I said above if you are good, rest assured you will be making some very good money. If you are not so good, I would look to less competitive verticals.

I have worked both on the adult side and the mainstream side and I can tell you 100% without a doubt I see better conversions all day every day (with Payday loans, since that’s what I see every day)than I ever saw with Adult.

Now if you get into this niche, I would say PPC and Mail (can-spam compliant) are the most lucrative ways to generate commissions.
