Im looking for a tool, I think Google has it I just cant find it, on high paying keywords.. Can anyone direct me to a list of high paying google adwords, or the tool google has to get a list?

What is it exactly you are looing for?

You say adsense in your title, than you ask for a tool that gives you high bidding adwords.
You can bid as much as you want on any given word or phrase in adwords.

do a search for "high paying adsense keywords" or "high paying adwords" and check the results.

some of the lists are totally bullcrap.. maybe all of them, because the big G does not tell you that information, but with some investigation and sitting back with some good beer you can find keywords (topics) that have a good CPC for adsense.

Lists of high paying keywords are more like lists of words too avoid if you really want to make money... just my 2c as someone who has made in excess of 2 mil from AdSense...

Make your site on a topic that people spend money on, so its a total waste of time doing celebrity/ hairstyle sites etc.

I'd start with your pc and desk your sitting at. So many people decide they are going to build a site on crap that they have no friggin idea of and presume it will make them money.

google adsense works like this

first the bot finds the keyword of your page= mostly the most repeated keyword (not including i am was of for etc). and secondly looks in meta tags and thirdly in title.

then it checks your PR.

then it sees how many page impression per day to your site( or how many visitors. more visitors the higher valued website ads on your site)

then it checks such and bigger site linking to you.

and then it looks for the visitors location and give ads accordingly (higher paying ads for US, uk and then australia, Eu, and lowest paying ads for iraq, afghanistan, north korea, etc)

and based upon this google bot give your page a ranking between 1-10 and selects sponsers (also having a rating between 1-10) of the same rating and highest paying sponser in that rating first and then the 2nd and 3rd based on average cost per click.
1 is the lowest paying sponser and 10 is the highest.
