Their commission plan is kind of complicated, I think, but I've always done pretty well with them at cj.com or with their new program. It didn't really seem to matter that the items I was referring were low in price either.

If you wanna promote eBay i would like to give you a tip, promote them true peperjam.com because EPN (eBay Aff Network) has a lot a problems tracking acru's (people that signup for the first time)
