I sent them few emails, they werent able to answer in 3 days. I think their support isnt very quick.

It sounds like a cookie handling problem to me ...

Make sure your computer is set to allow ALL cookies, and try to see if you can log in using IE.

If you are able to, then you know you need to adjust your cookie handling.

well, I tried several browsers (IE including). I have all cookies alowed. and it still dont work
