Media Dependancy
Hi guys,
I sort of have to apologise because this is a straight copy of what I posted on another Mainstream Forum, but, I really dont mean to piss or offend anyone I just thought I would get quicker response here as its a bit more busy. On that not, MEDIA DEPENDANCY after a Long winded post I just made in reply to someone in the traffic forum, it got me thinking about something, How many of you, of Us, are dependant on some form of media or another to generate advertising for our businesses?? Perfect example is that I just recently had my Primary Ebay account suspended along with Several Subaccounts, because of a stupid mistake about 2 /12 years ago on an old account that I had abandoned and never paid the ebay fees, one day Ebay discovers some similarity between that and my other, which relates to several and bang thats it, my Ebay Income is wiped out. Fair enough its a minor problem, one in fact which is nearly completely resolved with ebay, but still for the last 4 days now I have had no use of ebay. IMAGINE IF ONE DAY, EBAY GOT LOCKED OFF??? I know, highly unlikely it is but what if, would your business survive? Would your business survive without all the Search Enginges?? Untold amount of different media, we are mostly dependant on in some way or another, so it seriously gets me thinking, in what ways can you ensure total Self-Sufficiency? I have got some ideas I can share, but I have waffled a lot, and wonder, does anyone even care??? cheers to you! Good Day folks, __________________

I can live without ebay. It gets expensive to keep buying things. I have not tried selling things on ebay yet. Search engines help find the site.
Sorry for the frustration. With making money there has to be some dependancy with media. Stores need to be able to advertise sales. How else would the public know? If you want to make money, some kind of advertising has to exist. It gets frustrating when things break down and people become unreliable. __________________
